support, and a healthy dose of humor. Transformation happens naturally when you are embodied and connected with your journey and process. You're at the helm, and only you know what you need to move through your valleys and stuck places.  I'm here to guide you to remain present and trust your own wisdom while you face your fears, shift your limiting beliefs, and embody the heart of who you are.

This is a 7 week workshop dedicated to exploring emotional, spiritual, and physical imbalances through the lens of the chakras. We'll explore a new chakra each week through yoga, guided imagery, art, and lecture/discussion.
