Join me for a 5 session introduction to mindfulness meditation. Each session is a personal one on one meeting that will leave you with practical skills for applying mindfulness to your daily life, and/or establishing an
at home meditation practice.

The fee for the course includes:

*5, 60 minute one on one sessions (scheduled over 5 weeks)
*A copy of your choice: Ordinary Magic: Everyday Life as Spiritual Path by John Welwood OR Wherever You Go There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn (which we will reference, in addition to other sources, throughout the course)
*A personalized journal and collection of resources for ongoing use
