Mindfulness Instruction Offerings

Mindfulness practice teaches us to bring present moment awareness to our thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and surrounding environment.  This awareness cultivates greater acceptance and equanimity in the midst of day to day challenges.  If you're hoping to just learn the basics of mindfulness, we'll start there. If you'd like to develop a more formal meditation practice, I'm here to help you with accountability, and to connect you with community resources for deepening whichever path you choose to pursue. Mindfulness practice can take various forms and doesn't need to be spiritual or religious in nature if this doesn't resonate with you.  My hope is that we can find a common language in support of your worldview so you can realize the emotional and physical benefits of practice.
